We propose to design and develop “Shift,” a mobile application and website that serves as a platform for companies to define shifts and publish them, while shift seekers can utilize the app to find shifts based on their skills and apply. The project encompasses UX/UI design, prototype development, and mobile application (iOS and Android) alongside a corresponding website.
